You have the right to return any product of your order that does not satisfy you as well as to request a refund after consultation with our company within a period of (14) calendar days from the moment of receipt. Our COMPANY accepts only returns of second-hand goods, in their original condition and packaging which will be accompanied by the relevant documents (retail receipt, invoice and consignment note or change card). In case some products are returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you so you should make sure that they are properly packaged and that they will not suffer any damage on the road.

In case of expiration of this deadline, it is considered that you have accepted the order.

All orders are packaged in the best possible way, in order to ensure the safety of the products during transport. If, however, you receive any item broken or defective, you must contact us within 2 working days from the date of receipt, confirming the quantity and condition of the products.

Products returned as defective are inspected upon receipt, and if they are considered to be subject to wear and tear due to use, they will not be accepted as defective. The request for replacement of a product you bought if it is really defective should be made by phone or via email. If they are returned to our company within (7) calendar days of receipt and checked, we will replace the items at no cost to you. If you do not inform within the above period of 2 days you lose all relevant rights. When returns are completed duly, our COMPANY will replace the returned goods if they prove to be defective, within (14) calendar days at the latest starting from the date of receipt of the returned goods. In very rare cases where due to lack or removal of the product can not be replaced, a refund will be made in accordance with the terms applicable to returns.

In case a product is found to have been sent incorrectly, upon delivery to you, it must be returned to our company within (14) calendar days of delivery. In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by our COMPANY, the item will be replaced with the correct item.
