They are easily cleaned with dishwashing detergent and in case of difficult stains you can use wire or even vinegar or lemon, thus avoiding the wire that can create scratches on the utensil. Tips & Warnings Sometimes stainless steel utensils look like shadows on the bottom. To eliminate them, all you will do is heat the utensil a little and rub it with a lemon cup, it will shine like new.

Overheating: Do not preheat the pan empty or with oil at high temperature for more than 4 minutes. In the event of overheating, do not remove the cookware from the hob to avoid the risk of burns. Turn off the hob and let the pan cool before putting it under the tap.

Energy saving: To take full advantage of the heat of the hobs and to save energy, place each utensil in a hob with a diameter equal to or less than the diameter of the bottom of the hob.

Salt: Wait for the water to boil before adding salt. Salt in cold water can create spots on the bottom of the pan. These do not affect the functionality of the utensil but are difficult to remove.
